Hi everyone
I fished Disley dam on Tuesday afternoon caught a number of perch and roach and landed a perfect 1lb 9oz crucian i have caught crucian's before in disley but this is by far the biggest i've had, does any one no how big they grow to in disley?,i had a bigger take 1/2hr ealier but that took me into the reeds unfortunately i lost it, it could of been a bigger crucian but one will never no, all fish were caught on yellow maggot.

Hi Ron
I have had a 2.5lbs & a 3lb this year! stunning fish. One was on a pineapple pop up the other was on a pellet both were from the middle.

Thanks for that info,i have had lots of carp smallest 8lb biggest14.1/2lb but no more crucians.I have been stapped a few times so i dont no how big they grow to,their does'nt seem to be any commons about.The biggest ive heard of caught is 18lb.
